How can I book an appointment?
An appointment can be made either by email (heal.apollo@gmail.com) or through the link here.
what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be done 24 hrs prior to appointment. Otherwise there will be a fee. Some exceptions may apply.
What methods of payment are accepted?
E-transfer is preferred.
can i get a massage if i’m pregnant?
Absolutely! We have a prenatal massage where body cushions and pillows are used so you can lie down without feeling pressure.
how far in advance do i need to arrive before my appointment?
Arrive at most 20 minutes earlier to your appointment as you’ll need time to fill out a health questionnaire beforehand.
is parking available?
Parking is available however there are parking restrictions on specific days. Be sure to check the parking signs when you arrive.
is there access to wifi?
Yes, the login information is provided in the waiting area.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes we do!
