prenatal massage

During this massage, clients lie on their side or in a semi-reclined position, with pillows used for support. Lying on the stomach or back is not recommended, as it places pressure on the abdominal muscles. Different levels of pressure are applied to promote full-body relaxation, with deeper pressure focused on the back, which bears the most strain during pregnancy, and a gentler touch used on the rest of the body.
